Gateway Experience® Wave I (Discovery)

The Gateway Experience® Wave I (Discovery) online program gives you the means to develop, explore, and apply expanded  states of awareness. It introduces the Mind Awake/Body Asleep state (Focus 10) and other unique and powerful mental tools to help you experience deep, targeted states of consciousness. 

There are no prerequisites for this program.

Gateway Experience® Wave II (Threshold)

The Gateway Experience® Wave II (Threshold) is a program in which you will continue to develop, explore and apply expanded states of awareness. You will learn more Focus 10 "mental tools” and benefit from exercises which take you to a state of expanded awareness known as Focus 12. This program opens new perceptual channels for expanding and integrating personal awareness while developing creative insights which assist in dissolving fear barriers.

Gateway Experience® Wave V (Exploring)

The Gateway Experience® Wave V (Exploring) is a program in which you will continue to develop, explore and apply expanded states of awareness. From the now familiar Focus 12, you will be introduced to Focus 15, the “no time” state—the state of simply being. Hemi-Sync® signals will assist you as you expand your consciousness far beyond the limitations of your five physical senses and connect with the source of your intuition.

Gateway Experience® Wave VI (Odyssey)

The Gateway Experience® Wave VI (Odyssey) is a program in which you will explore Focus 21, the bridge that connects physical time-space reality with other dimensions and levels of awareness. At this point, you will be a true explorer, moving into realms of awareness that are often indescribable. As Bob would say, "Now that you have the tools, find out for yourself."

Energy Expansion

The Energy Expansion (Freedom, Wave III) is a program in which you will continue to develop, explore and apply expanded states of awareness. You will enjoy Focus 10 and Focus 12 exercises developed specifically to make the methods for perceiving and controlling your non-physical energy a comfortable and joyous experience. You will also explore out-of-body techniques and remote viewing. This program opens new perceptual channels for expanding and integrating personal awareness while developing creative insights which assist in dissolving fear barriers.

Inner Guidance

The Inner Guidance (Wave IV) is a program in which you will continue to develop, explore and apply expanded states of awareness in Focus 10 and 12. You will learn to connect with your inner guidance; manifest your desired future; explore new ideas; meet new non-physical friends; learn non-verbal communication; broaden you perception as you continue your exploration of Focus 10 and 12.

Lifting the Veil

The purpose of the Lifting the Veil program is to be of service to self and others, and is based on the Lifeline® residential program offered by the Monroe Institute. You will be introduced and operate within very deep states of awareness associated with the afterlife state: Focus 23 through Focus 27.

From these unique Focus levels, contact is made with individuals who have died physically but, for various reasons, remain "static"—unable to detach completely from the earth energy systems. One stated objective of this program is to rescue or retrieve these individuals, guiding them beyond the earth experience to a "reception center" (Focus 27) where they can rest, review their life experiences, and consider their next evolutionary steps.

Beyond Earth Life

The purpose of the Beyond Earth Life program is to explore other possibilities in the infinite space of Focus 27, plus other areas of unexplored consciousness beyond the Earth Life System. You have the unique opportunity to observe, learn, experience, and transcend limiting beliefs as you come to know more of where you came from, where you are going, and your true Self. This online program is based on the Monroe Institute's Exploration 27 program.
